Scharles Maxwell Tolliver, 54 of Penhook, Virginia Sunrise January 9, 1970 Brooklyn, New York. Sunset December 31, 2024 Rocky Mount Health & Rehab Rocky Mount, Virginia. Parents Nathaniel Maxwell, Jr and Jewell Patterson Maxwell.

Her greatest joys were time spent with her two sons along with her family and friends. She could be found shopping at her favorite store, sitting on the fish bank with her husband from Friday to Sunday on the weekends and taking care of people, whether she was their caregiver or their hairdresser.

Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Melinda Roberts and Veronica Jones.

She is survived by her Husband, William (Billy) Tolliver, sons Brian (Melanie) Maxwell and Ryan Maxwell, stepson Shafen Tolliver and Patrick Tolliver, stepdaughters, Brandy Tolliver and Tamilia (Mimi) Tolliver, 1 Granddaughter, 1Grandson, 8 step grandchildren, 2 Sisters Natalie (Gary) Trotter and Theresa Veasy. Brother-In-Laws Rev.
