On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, the Lord sent an angel from heaven to the home of Beulah Nora McGhee gently letting her know it was time to rest and begin her journey to her eternal heavenly home.
Beulah was born on April 6, 1938, to the late Early and Ella Holland. On August 17th, 1957 she joined hands in marriage with Clarence Edward McGhee. Together they were blessed with five children: Debbie, Cynthia, Anita, Sherry, and Clarence Jr.
Beulah was the heart of her family, a devoted wife, nurturing mother, cherished grandmother and beloved great-grandmother.
Beulah devoted her life to the heart of what mattered most: her family. She found purpose and fulfillment in the roles she cherished most , raising her children, supporting her husband and nurturing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home was her sanctuary. Her love though sometimes expressed in her own unique way was unwavering and deeply rooted.
A woman of Faith Beulah was a pillar of strength, a regular present at her local church is where she found spiritual grounding. Though she kept a small circle and was known for her strong opinions, those closest to her understood the depth of her loyalty and the fierce protection she offered to those she loved. Her spirit lives on in the stories we share, the traditions we uphold, and the love that binds us.
Beulah leaves to cherish her memory: her devoted husband of 68 years Clarence E. McGhee Sr., four children : Debbie Casey, Cynthia (Kenny) Tanks, Anita Ellerbre, and Clarence E McGhee Jr. One brother, Joe (Loys) Holland, one special granddaughter Kerri (Issac) Turner. 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and Friends.
